Smoothie Bowels

Smoothie bowls are my favorite especially in hot summer days. I love them because they are nutritious and easy to make.
They are packed with protein and fiber, and you can basically make them with anything you want.
Add your favorite frozen fruits and vegetables with milk/ unsweetened almond milk or soy milk to high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
One of my favorites is avocado, banana smoothie bowel;
Ingredients:
½ cup fresh or frozen avocados
1 cup fresh or frozen banana
¾ cup milk or unsweetened almond milk
Add all the ingredients into a blender, blend at high speed until your desired consistency.
Top with granola, nuts , chia seeds or flaxseed for added fiber, protein and omega-3.
